Scope
The increasing demand for food in the world necessitates to improve the efficiency of agriculture and food processing. The aim of the present workshop is to share ideas and expertise among the participants about the acievements in the area of modelling and control in agriculture and food processing. The objectives of the workhop are: - to present contemporary and original research in modeling and control of agriculture - to discuss ways to improve the food quality and safety - to get the workshop participants familiar with the state of agriculture and food processing in Bulgaria.
